es una mentira.
la fuente - en italiano - es el instituto de estadistica que dice que el
40% de las administraciones publicas declaran de USAR software libre, no
de funcionar con software libre. es diferente: quiere decir que el 60%
de la administracion publica italiana tiene SOLAMENTE software privativo
y el 40% usa tambien software libre.
