te faltaría agregar smtpd_relay_restrictions (postfix <= 2.10) y/o
smtpd_recipient_restrictions

por ej:
smtpd_recipient_restrictions =
    permit_mynetworks
    permit_sasl_authenticated
    reject_non_fqdn_recipient
    permit_auth_destination
    reject

(se evalúa durante el RCPT TO)

para otras ocasiones es conveniente que postees la salida del comando 
"postconf -n" para tener una visión acertada de todos los parámetros que 
fueron modificados incluyendo los de master.cf que pueden modificar 
parámetros generales (main.cf). postconf -Mf si tenés >= 2.9
