[uylug-varios] Problema raro de conexion entre dos maquinas

El servidor escucha en la IP 192.168.1.43? Por defecto posgresql solo
escucha en localhost. Hacé netstat -nltp | grep 5432 y fijate a que
interfaces está asociado el puerto.

Un nmap desde el cliente también te puede dar esa info.
