Por supuesto, este es un paso dentro de su estrategia, que no comienza ahora, sino que comenzo hace ya algun tiempo, y que uno de los pasos importantes fue la participacion en el World IPv6 Day 2011 y que por supuesto, incluye el World IPv6 Day 2012. Ciertamente, los problemas de un CDN y un ISP son completamente diferentes, asi que las comparaciones no son muy validas, pero lo que si debera suceder, es que cada vez lleguen mas intereses de conectividad nativa IPv6 por parte de los clientes de Akamai a los ISP, asi que en cualquier caso es un efecto positivo. Les recomiendo consultar este paper (<a href="http://www.akamai.com/dl/whitepapers/IPv6_whitepaper.pdf">http://www.akamai.com/dl/whitepapers/IPv6_whitepaper.pdf</a>) que creo responde un poco la pregunta sobre la vision y la estrategia que han seguido en Akamai. Creo que lo que les tomó más tiempo fue probar y planear como IPv6 funcionaría en una CDN, y además de ese tamaño.<br></blockquote><blockquote type="cite"><br></blockquote><blockquote type="cite">Para un ISP veo más sencilla la estrategia, a esta hora no serían los primeros en hacerlo y pueden tomar algunas ideas de otras experiencias como Comcast y Free.
