widely known as the Father of the Internet - in the New York
Times on keeping the Internet open away from governments and
the ITU's control. The ITU meeting taking place in Dubai this
coming December shall focus mainly on this matter; moving the
censorship of the Internet away from the USA government and
into the hands of the ITU.<br>
