Por si le interesa a alguno, mañana estaremos comenzando un
experimento que tiene como objetivo incrementar la participación
latinoamericana en el IETF.<br>

La idea es hacer encuentros llamados 'pre-IETF' antes de cada
reunión del IETF, donde algunos de los participantes de la región
cuente lo que esta haciendo y haga un repaso por los problemas de
cada grupo de trabajo.<br>
