[uylug-varios] Correo basura: bloqueo de puertos en Brasil

El tema no es por el puerto 25 únicamente, sino que al habilitar bloqueo de ese puerto puede dejar la puerta abierta al bloqueo de otros protocolos (P2P, voip, etc...) o incluso deja la puerta para el DPI hay que tener cuidado y de ser necesario legislar e interpretar adecuadamente.
